How to use this Nerve Fresh FAQ
The answers below are short on purpose, and each one points at the page that carries the detail. Everything here is read from the printed label first and the sales page second, and where those two disagree the label wins.
| If your question is about | Start here | Why |
|---|---|---|
| What is in the capsule | Supplement Facts | The printed panel, typed out with all five amounts |
| Each plant on its own | Ingredients | What the research does and does not cover, plant by plant |
| Drowsiness, medicines, allergens | Side effects | The cautions in full, including the facility statement |
| Ordering, refunds, delivery | Refund policy | How the 180-day window is counted and what to post back |
| Seals, testing and lab proof | Testing and quality | Ten seals read against the bottle, two of which fail |
Nerve Fresh questions and answers
What is Nerve Fresh?
A dietary supplement in capsule form, sold for nerve comfort, calm and sleep. A bottle holds 60 capsules, the serving is two capsules, and that is 30 servings. It is a food product under US rules, not a medicine, and the label says so.
What is in Nerve Fresh, and how much of each?
Five herbs, every one with an amount printed: passion flower herb powder 350 mg, marshmallow root powder 220 mg, corydalis yanhusuo root extract 10:1 200 mg, prickly pear cactus powder 100 mg and California poppy whole plant extract 90 mg. That is 960 mg a serving, with no proprietary blend hiding anything.
Is there a proprietary blend?
No, and that is unusual in this aisle. Every one of the five ingredients carries its own milligram figure on the panel, so you can check the formula instead of guessing at it.
What are the other ingredients?
Gelatin, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, and Silica. Gelatin is the capsule shell. The other three are ordinary capsule-making materials: a bulking agent, a flow agent and an anti-caking agent.
Is Nerve Fresh vegetarian or vegan?
No. The sales page carries a vegetarian seal, but the printed other ingredients line begins with gelatin, which is made from animal collagen. Where a seal and the bottle disagree, the bottle wins, so this is not a vegetarian or vegan capsule, and that also matters for some religious diets.
Why does the panel show no % Daily Value?
Because none exists for these five plants. The panel prints an asterisk beside each one and the line "*Daily Value not established", which is the correct way to label an ingredient that has no reference intake.
How do I take Nerve Fresh?
The label says: "As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily." It gives no time of day. Since three of the five herbs are sedating, an evening dose is the sensible default, and the how to use page works through the timing.
Can I take the two capsules at different times?
The label does not say you can, and it does not say you cannot. It gives one serving of two capsules. Splitting a serving means you are no longer following the printed directions, so ask a pharmacist rather than guessing.
Should I take it with food?
The label does not say. What it does say is to keep to the recommended dose. If you take other medicine, leave a gap around it, because marshmallow root is a mucilage and can slow how quickly a medicine swallowed at the same time is absorbed.
How long does a bottle last?
Thirty days at the label serving. Sixty capsules, two a day, no skipped days. If you miss days it lasts longer, and the guarantee window keeps running either way, so note the date you ordered.
How should I store it?
In a cool dry place below 30 degrees Celsius, which is 86 degrees Fahrenheit, out of reach of children. Do not use the bottle if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Will it make me drowsy?
It may, and drowsiness is the effect to plan for rather than a surprise. Passion flower, corydalis and California poppy all have a settling reputation, and NCCIH lists drowsiness, dizziness and confusion among passionflower's possible effects (NCCIH). Do not drive until you know how it affects you.
Can I drink alcohol with it, or take it with a sleeping tablet?
Not without asking your doctor first. Alcohol, sleeping tablets, antihistamines and prescription sedatives all push in the same direction as three of these herbs, and stacking them is how a mild capsule turns into a heavy morning.
Does it interact with prescription medicine?
It might. Laboratory work found California poppy extract can affect the enzymes and transporter that clear many prescription drugs (Phytotherapy Research, 2016). That is in vitro work, not a proven clinical interaction, but it is a reason to mention the capsule to your pharmacist.
Who should not take it?
Anyone under 18, and anyone pregnant or nursing. The printed caution also tells anyone with a known medical condition to consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. NCCIH advises against passionflower before surgery because of a possible interaction with anesthesia.
Is it safe if I have a nut or dairy allergy?
Read the label line, not the seals. It says: "This product is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish." The sales page shows dairy-free and gluten-free seals, but that cross-contact sentence is the one an allergic reader needs (FDA).
I take medicine for diabetes. Does prickly pear matter?
It is worth raising. Reviews of nopal cover blood sugar, cholesterol and antioxidants, and the amounts behind that work are food-sized, in grams of cactus pad rather than 100 mg of powder (Molecules, 2014). Your pharmacist can tell you whether it changes anything.
The sales page is titled Natural Neuropathy Relief. Is that what this does?
No page on this site says that, because the product is a dietary supplement and neuropathy is a medical condition whose cause needs identifying. Diabetes is the leading cause in the US, and injury, autoimmune disease, kidney or liver disease, deficiency, infection and some cancer treatments are others (NINDS). New or worsening symptoms need a doctor.
Is Nerve Fresh FDA approved?
No, and no dietary supplement is. The FDA does not approve supplements before sale. The label itself prints the line that these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What do the four phrases on the label mean?
The label and page print "Healthy Nerves", "Promote Energy Production", "Deeper and More Relaxing Sleep" and "Overall Health and Wellness", each with a dagger pointing at that FDA line. Worth noting on the energy one: nothing in the formula is a stimulant, and three of the five herbs are sedating.
Has the finished formula been studied?
No study of this five-herb combination has been published or supplied. The research that exists covers the individual plants, often in animals, in laboratory dishes, or at amounts that do not match the panel. That gap is stated on every page that touches it.
Why are there no reviews or star ratings on this site?
Because nothing supplied with this listing is a verified customer. The score, the review and order counts, the named reviewer lines and the testimonial screenshots are all layout copy, so none of them is published here and the screenshots are not even in the build. The reviews page explains what to do instead.
Where should I buy it?
Through the official checkout, which is the only route the order desk and the guarantee cover. A bottle bought from a marketplace seller carries that seller's returns rules, and the order line cannot look up a sale it never took.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
The bottle seal and every pack panel print a 180-day money-back guarantee. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID to start one, post the bottles to 550 Madison Avenue, Floor 27, New York, NY 10022 with tracking at your own cost, and expect 3 to 5 business days for the credit and then 5 to 10 days on the card. Confirm the window at checkout before you pay.
What do the lot and reference codes mean?
The codes supplied with this listing, lot NER-26/NE-4636 and reference NER-4636-26-NE, are draft labels on artwork. They are not laboratory results and there is no certificate behind them. Read the lot and best-before printed on your own bottle instead, as the batch check page explains.
How do I reach a human?
Orders, tracking, changes and refunds: call +1 (302) 200-3480. Questions about these pages, a typo, privacy or press: email [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. That inbox cannot see orders, and there is no sales email for this listing, so please do not trust one you find elsewhere.
