Privacy Policy for the Nerve Fresh Information Site
This policy covers nervefreshdaily.com, the information site run by Nervefreshdaily. We collect very little: what you send us by email, and simple measurement data about which pages get read. We never see your card, and we cannot see your order. Order data is held by the checkout and the order desk. Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold.
What does this privacy policy cover?
It covers this website and the inbox behind it. It does not cover the secure checkout you reach through an order button, and it does not cover the order desk that answers the phone, because those are run by the seller and hold data this site never receives.
That split matters more than most policy pages admit. When you click an order link you leave nervefreshdaily.com and land on a separate secure checkout with its own privacy terms. Read them there. Anything you type on that page, including your name, delivery address and card details, goes to that company and not to us. The where to buy page explains the route.
| Data | Who holds it | Can this website see it? |
|---|---|---|
| Your card number | The payment processor behind the checkout | No. We never receive card data of any kind. |
| Your delivery address | The checkout and the order desk | No. |
| Your order ID and order history | The order desk | No. This is why order questions go to the phone. |
| An email you send us | The [email protected] inbox | Yes, and only the people who write these pages read it. |
| Which pages you read here | Our measurement tool, in aggregate | Yes, as counts and trends rather than as a named person. |
What information do we collect?
Two kinds, and both are small. Information you choose to send us, and basic technical information that any web server records when a page loads.
What you send
If you email [email protected] we hold your address, your message and our reply, so we can answer you and keep a record of any correction you asked for.
How pages are used
Page views, the page that sent you here, rough location at city or region level, and the type of device and browser. We use it to see which pages are read and which are ignored.
What we never collect
Card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers, health records and any account password. None of those reach this site, and we do not want them.
What we never ask for
Your diagnosis, your medicine list or anything else about your health. If you send that in an email, we delete it once your question is answered.
Please do not send medical details to the website inbox. We are not a clinic and we cannot advise on them, and the safest thing we can do with health information is not hold it. A pharmacist who can see your prescriptions is the right person for that conversation, as the side effects page sets out.
Do you use cookies?
Only simple ones, and none that follow you around the internet on our behalf. A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages.
| Kind | What it does | How to refuse it |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeps the site working, for example remembering that you closed a notice | These are minimal. Blocking all cookies may break small parts of the page. |
| Measurement | Counts page views so we can see which pages are read | Turn on your browser's do-not-track setting or block cookies for this site. |
| Referral tracking | Records that you reached the checkout from a link here, which is how we are paid | Block third-party cookies. You can still order, and nothing about you is shared with us by name. |
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers to build a profile of you. Your browser settings can clear or block any of the above, and most browsers let you do it for one site at a time.
Why does this site earn from your visit, and what does that mean for your data?
We earn a commission when someone orders through a link here. The mechanism is a referral tag on the order link, not a file of personal information about you.
In practice, the checkout records that the visit came from this site and the commission follows. We are shown totals, not customers. We do not learn your name, your address or what you bought, and no one here can look you up. That disclosure appears on the about page too, because a reader deserves to know who benefits from the sentence they are reading.
How long is information kept, and who else sees it?
Email is kept only as long as it is useful, and measurement data is kept in aggregate. Nobody outside the people who run this site and the tools they use gets access.
- Emails to [email protected] are kept while your question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
- Measurement data is stored as counts and trends. We do not try to link it back to a person and we do not attempt to identify you from it.
- Service providers who host the site and run the measurement tool process data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
- We disclose information if a court or a law requires it, and we will say so where we are allowed to.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not trade email addresses with anyone.
What are your choices about your own data?
You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to from the address you wrote from, so we can match the request to the messages.
Send the request
Email [email protected], Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Say plainly what you want: a copy, a correction or deletion.
Tell us the address you used
That is how we find anything. If you wrote from a different account, mention both.
Give us a working period
We answer within a reasonable time, usually within thirty days. If a request is complex we will tell you why it is taking longer.
For order data, call instead
Your name, address and order history sit with the order desk, not here. +1 (302) 200-3480 is the line that can reach them.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights over personal information, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We apply the steps above to every request we receive rather than asking you to prove which law applies to you.
Children, changes and governing law
This site is for adults. The product is labeled for adults 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it. Nothing here is aimed at children and the who it is for page says the same thing about the product itself.
This policy and any dispute about it are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction. Our office address is 2 Park Avenue, Floor 20, New York, NY 10016. The matching rules for using the site are on the terms and conditions page.
Privacy questions people ask
Do you sell my email address?
No. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not add people to a mailing list because they asked a question. An email you send is used to answer you and for nothing else.
Can you delete my order from your records?
We do not have it. Order records sit with the checkout and the order desk, so call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and ask them. We can only delete messages you sent to the website inbox.
Do you use advertising trackers?
We use a referral tag so the checkout knows an order came from a link here, and simple page measurement. We do not run advertising profiles on you and we do not share your data with advertisers.
Is my card number safe?
It never touches this site. Payment is taken on a separate secure checkout with its own terms, and no one at this website can see a card number, in part or in full.
Which law applies?
New York law, and the courts in New York County, New York. That follows the office address rather than being a preference, and the terms and conditions page says the same.
How do I complain about how my data was handled?
Email [email protected] with the detail and give us a chance to fix it. If you are not satisfied, you keep every right you have under the law of your state to take it further.
